If you haven’t heard about how Hillary used a private email to discuss classified information, which was later leaked, you have been far removed from politics. The news was practically  plastered everywhere, people were in uproar, and many argued to indict her.

Could you form a claim against her? Sure. Will any federal prosecutor do so? No.

Clinton

Why not? Luckily for Clinton, there is no “clear” evidence that she knew that the information in her emails were classified. It is also debatable whether the use of her private server “constituted removal or retention of material.”

What do you think about Clinton’s situation? Should she be indicted? Are federal prosecutors pursing the right or wrong course of action?

In my opinion, whether classified or not, she should have used her secured work email. At the very least, it would have prevented any unwanted attention and accusations.
