It seems nationalism is an increasingly popular idea around the world. Britain voted “yes” for Brexit–leaving the EU to protect itself from waves of immigrants and poor economic situations of other EU members. Russia is marching its military around in intimidating shows of geopolitical power. The US has a great flare of rallying support for Donald Trump, whose main campaign slogans are “Make America Great Again”, “build a wall”, and “take back jobs from China”. Which leads us to China. They’ve been cracking down on Chinese multinationals and partially foreign companies that do business in China.
