Somehow the news journalists and Twitter personalities got this one completely wrong. They missed the clear signs and repeated the same bad projections. Some news outlets said: “She’s got this.” Others said it would be close but there’s no way Trump would win. Others said she would win and the difference would be “substantial but not overwhelming.” Technology, sophisticated modeling, and these internet-age pundits just kept saying she would win. But, I guess we shouldn’t believe everything we read on the internet. In fact, I wonder if a large portion of Trump’s voting bloc even regularly check the ever-buzzing internet cables.
