One little article on The New York Times this week was an artist showing an idea of what a wedding announcement might look like in 165 years. It also gives a (humorous) idea about what the announcement might look like in the paper, but at the same time it does make you start to wonder about what will be considered acceptable and what could possibly happen someday. If we think about what is okay in marriage now compared to 165 years previous, I’m sure that our ancestors could never have imagined some of the things that are happening.

What do you think our ancestors would think of how marriage is defined how? What about how things will look in the future?
